The Wichita Chapter met on March 18, 1970.
Under the sponsorship of the Wichita State University Engineering Department, Dr. Gerlach presented a synopsis of his paper entitled “Determination of Performance and Stability Parameters From Unsteady Flight Test Maneuvers.” Dr. Gerlach is Professor of Aeronautical Engineering at the Technological University, Delft, Netherlands and is currently here in the U.S.A. on a lecture series tour.
